Forsker ønsker langtidsleie i Oslo fra September 2025

I am looking for a 2 room apartment (ca 45 m2) in Oslo to rent for long term starting ca 1st of September (+ /- 1 week). Rent shouldn’t be more than ca. 16000 before electric (but I can be flexible for the right place!). It is really important for me to be able to have good and respectful communication with the landlord. I have been living in Trondheim for the past 4 1/2 years, but will be relocating to Oslo for a new job. I am originally from Brazil but have lived many years in the US and Sweden before moving to Norway. I am responsible and quiet, and can provide good references. I am very clean and do not smoke. I have a small rescue cat (indoors only), which is also very clean, quiet and well-behaved. The cat is a spayed female, so there is no risk of spraying on walls/floor or attracting attention of other cats. I am hoping to find a place with easy access to the city center and to Grorud. Ideally, I would like to stay at a maximum of 40 min commute to Grorud by public transport (I don’t currently have a car, but I could consider the case if there is parking available - this is not a deal-breaker) Most importantly, the apartment should be light (i.e. enough windows for the plants and for the cat), and it should have a proper kitchen (no kitchenette). I cook almost all of my meals, and meal-prep for the week, so it is important for me to have a regular size fridge /freezer, for example (or at least enough space for one), and good ventilation (i.e. kitchen window).
