The apartment is located just north (a few hundred meters) of the Bjergsted park with the concert hall and the UIS Department of Music and Dance. The new BI campus is located just north of it. A 15 minute walk through the park and the old town or by the sea brings you to the town square. A grocery shop (REMA 1000) and bus stops are just a couple of minutes away. Kolumbus travel planner estimate 35 minute travel to UIS on Ullandhaug by bus (1 change). The apartment is on both the 1st floor and the 2nd floor, with a large south facing balcony. On the 1st floor it has 3 bedrooms (with beds, workdesks and wardrobes), bathroom, WC, kitchen, hall and a spacious living room with exit to the large balcony. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Both of these rooms on the 2nd floor are quite independent and give a lot of privacy with separate TV in each room. The largest room has sofa (sleeping couch for guests) and coffetable. Both of these rooms have soundproof apartment doors.
