ONS Accommodation – Relaxing Countryside Home for ONS Visitors with amazing view of the Byfjord

Renting out house for companies during the ONS week. 24-27 august. But if guests wanna arrive day before and/or leave the day after, that can be arranged. Price is 10.000 NOK for the whole stay.

The location is Bru, 22 min drive to ONS location without traffic. House have EV charger and good parking possibilites.
The house is located in beautiful nature and and calm environment. House is not in a residential area.

The house have the following rooms over 3 floors:
3 bedrooms total, 2 upstairs and one in the basement,
One bedroom upstairs have a dobbel bed. The other room upstairs have a dobbel bed, but the beds can be separated to two singe beds.
Bedroom downstairs have 1 dobbel bed and a single bed.

Bathrooms: The house have to bath's and a toilet. Top floor have bathroom with shower and bathtub. Middle floor have a toilet with sink. First floor have bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

The house have a large kitchen with good selection of kitchen appliances.

Living room have big couch and tv with casting-ability. The living room has a powerful heatpump/AC unit.

Washing room: Washing machine and drier. Here there is a shelf-freezer.

The property includes a winter garden, two balconies, and an outdoor seating area in front of the house. All spaces are private and sheltered, with minimal overlooking from neighbors.

All bedrooms have fire alarm and big windows that can be opened and used as an emergency exit.

To rent one must accept house rules that will be given if you contact me.
