Bright and comfortable apartment available during ONS 2026, located just a few minutes walk from Stavanger Forum. Ideal for exhibitors, visitors and business travellers who want to stay within walking distance of the event combined with the comfort - privacy and flexibility of a fully equipped apartment.

Apartment layout:

• Fully equipped kitchen (newly renovated) with cookware, coffee maker and essentials. It has everything you need.

• Bright living area with dining space

• 1 bathroom with showerfacilities and WC

• Private and secluded west-facing terrace with evening sun, featuring a comfortable lounge area, outdoor dining set and grill.

Sleeping arrangements:

• One bedroom with a comfortable doublebed (150x200cm)

• Additional sleeping arrangement available in the living room which consists of a mattress placed on the sofa, creating a comfortable single sleeping space.

Ideal for 1–2 guests. Can accommodate up to 3 guests if two guests are comfortable sharing the double bed.

• Free parking available within a gated residents-only parking area

• High-speed Wi-Fi and Apple TV included

• Washing machine

• Iron and ironing board

• Large PAX wardrobe with excellent storage space

• Fresh bed linen, duvets, pillows and towels included

Available during ONS 2026.

The apartment is preferably rented for the entire ONS week as one continuous stay. Priority will be given to guests seeking accommodation for the full event period. Check in sunday august 23rd - checkout friday august 28th. If you want to stay the whole weekend as well after the ONS are finished (28th-30rd) we can try to arrange something 😊

This apartment is located in the popular Nedre Tjensvoll area, in a quiet and pleasant residential neighbourhood.

The area is perfect for anyone who loves running, jogging or walking in the nature - right on your doorstep! There are also several local landmarks nearby.

The apartment offers convenient access to public transport, grocery stores, shopping facilities and everything you need, while still providing a peaceful setting away from the city bustle.

Location:

• 5-7min walk (550m) to Stavanger Forum/ONS

• Several grocery stores within walking distance (500–900 m)

• 3-5 min walk (300m) to the nearest bus stop. Located on a major bus route with frequent connections to and from Stavanger city centrum, with a bus journey of approximately 8 minutes. Frequent bus services operates during daytime until 1:00 AM, with hourly night services thereafter.

• Convenient access to Sola Airport; 400m walk to the airport bus stop - 20 min journey.

Check-in:

Guests will receive self check-in instructions prior to arrival. I am happy to be flexible with check-in arrangements, as long as arrival times are communicated in advance.

Check-out

To make departure as easy as possible, final cleaning is included in the rental price.

Guests are kindly asked to:

• Take out any rubbish and recycling

• Start the dishwasher before leaving

• Leave the apartment in a generally tidy condition.

This is my personal home, where I live when not travelling. It is a place I enjoy returning to after a busy day, which gives the apartment a warm, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. As this is my primary residence, some furniture and decorative details may be updated or replaced before ONS. The apartment will be fully prepared and furnished for guests, and any changes will be of a similar or improved standard compared to what is shown in the photos.
