Welcome to a bright, modern and fully furnished one-bedroom apartment at Lillo Gård, perfectly located between Nydalen and Storo. The apartment is available for rent from 30 June to 12 August 2026. Please contact me if you are interested in renting the full period, only July, or parts of the period.

The apartment is located in a quiet yet central area, with easy access to public transport, grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, BI Norwegian Business School, Storo Shopping Centre and Akerselva.

The apartment has an open-plan living room and kitchen, good ceiling height and a sunny south-west facing balcony. You will also have access to a large shared rooftop terrace with seating areas and great views of Oslo.

The apartment is fully furnished and includes:

Location

The apartment is located at Sandakerveien 108B, Lillo Gård, in an attractive area near Storo/Nydalen. You will have excellent access to public transport and local amenities:

• 1 minute to bus

• 5 minutes to tram

• Around 7 minutes to the metro at Storo/Nydalen

• Close to Kiwi, Rema 1000, Storo Shopping Centre, cafés and restaurants

• Walking distance to Akerselva and Nydalen swimming area

Rental period, price and deposit

Rental period: 30 June–12 August 2026 (Please contact me if you are interested in renting for only parts of the period.)
Price: NOK 19 500 for July, NOK 26 000 for the full available period
Deposit: NOK 15,000

The rent includes furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, electricity, internet, cable TV, bed linen and towels.

The deposit must be paid into a separate deposit account in accordance with Norwegian rental regulations. It will be returned after the rental period, provided there are no damages, missing items, unpaid amounts or extraordinary cleaning costs.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.

Final cleaning is included, but the apartment must be left tidy upon departure. Guests are expected to remove personal belongings, take out the trash, do the dishes and leave the apartment in a generally neat condition. Extraordinary cleaning may be deducted from the deposit.
