The apartment, located in Pilestredet Park 21, has a size of 67 m², 2 bedrooms, a shared kitchen/living room and bathroom. It is fully furnished, including a sofa, dining table, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, and kitchen appliances, among others. It has high ceilings, giving a feeling of wide space, a balcony shared with all the apartments in the floor as well.

The price of the room is 11555 nok/month, including heating, Internet, and water. Energy is paid separately, varying monthly depending on consumption. A deposit of 3 months is required, and the type of contract will be indefinite with 3 months’ notice. The room is ready to move in with all comfort. A fee of 5500 nok will be required at the start of the contract to transfer the ownership of the furniture, including:

All the furniture is in good condition.

The apartment is at walking distance from OsloMet, Bislett, and Nationaltheatret. Public transport (metro, tram and bus stops) is nearby, and within less than a 5 minutes’ walk it is possible to find supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms (SATS, ATHLETICA), bars, cafes and restaurants, among other points of interest.

You will be a female tenant, preferably around Eva’s age and full-time working with a similar lifestyle as hers: responsible, easygoing, clean, tidy, and appreciating a peaceful space. You will need to be able to undergo a credit check, which means you must have bankID. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.
