1 Bedroom Apartment - Close to Train - Short Term Rental

This is basically a 2-bedroom apartment and I am renting it out for a short period, that is, from May 2026 till December 2026.
I plan to store all my personal items in one of the bedrooms and lock it, therefore, a furnished 1 bedroom apartment will be accessible to the tenant.
The train station is just 6 mins walk with a train frequency of 15 minutes on weekdays.
The area is quite newly developed and there is a pizza place, another fast-food joint, Rema 1000 and Evo, all in walking distance (2-6 mins).
The Sno indoor ski hall is located just 6 mins away as well.
There are nice walking trails into the forest and at langvannet (lake), both at less than 10 mins walking distance.
The parking spot could be arranged if required, however, would cost another 1500-1800 kr/month.
