The apartment is located right next to Folkeuniversitetet, with a short walking distance to:

REMA 1000 right beside the apartment.
Busstasjon and Bybane Nygård light rail 5 min walk.
Sammen city 3 min, SATS 3 min, EVO 10 min, Nygårdsparken 5 min, city center 5 min; all of them in walking distance.

The building has a spacious well-functioning elevator, and wide staircase as well.

We live in a quiet environment, with privacy and plenty of space for you to feel safe, relaxed, and in peace at home.

We are looking for a serious roommate who works, or is studying, a person with structure, to keep a peaceful, clean, and safe environment around.

The building does not allow dogs/cats, and smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with Luca IT adult man, and Adrian (me) adult man studying culinary arts at the city center.
And you could be our 3rd roommate.

The electricity share comes monthly and is about 500kr on winter, and much lower the rest of the year.

The room is ready to be taken from the 1st of May 2026.

There’s a chance to move by the 17th of April with no additional cost on April, except electricity share for the period days of occupation, the normal monthly payments run from the 1st of May.

A 12,000 kr deposit is required + the first month rent payment at least a week before moving in.

This is a quiet apartment for a person searching for privacy, peace, and tranquility. You won’t have cleaning routines, but you’re expected to be hygienic, and required to keep the place at the same standard as when you move in.
