Ideal for a calm, positive full-time worker or student (25+). You’ll share the apartment with one other person (me) also working.
The flat is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine Miele, and dryer.

Please note: I have pet birds (budgies), so you should be comfortable with some cheerful daytime chirping. They sleep at night.
