The rooms in the shared apartment (co-living unit) are 8–9 m² and come fully furnished with a bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, ample storage space, and internet access. Each co-living unit consists of 4 rooms sharing a fully furnished kitchen/living room and bathroom. The rooms may vary slightly in size and are located on floors 1 through 4 of the building.

Shared apartment includes:
- Fully furnished kitchen and living room with sofa, coffee table, TV, dining table, and chairs

- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: stove, cooktop, fridge/freezer, sink, and dishwasher. Plates, glasses, mugs, and utensils are all included. Two residents share one fridge/freezer unit

- Tiled bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, mirror, and cabinet. In addition, there is a separate extra toilet

Rental Agreement:
- Semester contract: This is a non-terminable contract valid from 01/01/2026 to 31/07/2026. Possibility of extension.

Additional costs:
In addition to the regular rent, a prepaid monthly fee of NOK 470 for electricity/district heating is charged. Final settlement is made once per year after the second semester based on actual consumption.

The tenant is responsible for obtaining their own home contents insurance and has access to a shared laundry room, which operates on a pay-per-use basis.
