Welcome to the sunny side of Våland, a renowned neighborhood in Stavanger – just a short walk from the city centre! Here, you’ll enjoy a homely stay in one of the city’s classic 1950s two-family homes. The atmosphere is inclusive and friendly, with guests from near and far.

We rent out fully furnished rooms across the second and third floors of our spacious house. Tenants share the entire top two floors, which include a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a sunny terrace (when we have sun), a functional bathroom, and additional facilities on the top floor (coffee kitchen, toilet, and storage).

Our location offers a great view, quick access to the city centre, SuS, and only a 3-minute walk to the bus stop that connects directly to UiS.

In the basement, you’ll also find a washing machine and dryer, plus a small seating area. The garden is perfect for sunbathing or ball games and even offers fresh berries in autumn. Garden furniture is available upon request.

We provide fully equipped rooms with furniture, luxurious duvets, Egyptian cotton bed sheets, and comfy towels. We provide high-speed internet, hot water, electricity, and washing/cleaning products for clothes and household use, including toilet paper.

The kitchen has everything you need, whether you want a quick breakfast or to prepare a full dinner.

Rooms, 2nd Floor:

Orange Room (16 m²) – 140 cm bed, large wardrobe, desk, chair, sheepskin, carpet. Tot: 7750,- (Available from 1st of January)

Green Room (8 m²) – 120 cm bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, commode, sheepskin, carpet. (Occupied by an IT expert)

Grey Room (8 m²) – 120 cm bed, functional wardrobe, desk, carpet, cosy décor. Tot: 7250,- (Available from 1st of January)

Rooms 3rd Floor:

Yellow Room (15 m²) – Sofa-bed, TV, large desk, wardrobe, table, spacious commode, sheepskin, chair. (Occupied by a PhD student)

Pink Room (10 m²) – 160 cm bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, sheepskin, commode. Tot 7500,- (Available from 1st of January)

We speak Norwegian, English and French and enjoy a multicultural environment. Our home has hosted tenants from France, Spain, Brazil, Canada, Venezuela, UK, Romania, USA, Ukraine, Morocco, Germany, Czech Republic, and more.
