- No pets (this is an allergy-friendly apartment)
- Quiet and respectful (we like our neighbours and they like us)

Important Note
- The apartment will be sold in December. This means that a real estate agent may need to present the apartment in August, with one or two showings arranged in advance and lasting no more than an hour after work. No tenants or owners are present at the showing.
- As we prepare for the sale, the sofa and fridge will be changed.

Rent & Terms
- 24,900 NOK per month
- 23,900 NOK per month if you decide to rent for the whole period our apartment is available
- 2-month deposit
- Standard rental contract provided - great for relocation reimbursement
