3 months rent, cash deposit in a jointly owned bank account.

The lease term and the parties' right of termination
Rental period: from 01. July 2026 or 01. August 2026 (open for discussion)
The first 12 months is fixed rental period / binding period and no termination can be made during the first 12 months. After 12 months the notice period is 3 months for both parties. Terminations delivered after the end of the fixed rental period/binding period will take effect on the first day of the following month after the termination has been received.
