Super Central Apartment, perfect for flatshare or young couples

We‘re moving out of our city center flat. The apartment is right at the heart of Kvadraturen, next to Cinemateket. It is located in the courtyard to provide extra silence, for us and all the relaxed neighbours.

The apartment has been in flatshare for some time, so it’s great for 2 friends but also young couples who need a spare room. It’s spacious and bright, being located in the 6th floor with large windows (no worries, the complex has 2 elevators). It has all facilities and hvitevarer, incl. floor heating in the bathroom. The heating and water supply are central, so monthly costs stay within low 3 figures NOK even during winter.

The location is prime, without saying. It’s 5 minutes walk from the main station, where you have access to all transportation. City life starts right across the street with restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment. Plunging into the fjord is just 1 block away. Nonetheless, this area of Kvadraturen is quiet, with little tourists and essentially no traffic.

We’ve loved living in the apartment for more than 2 years now. We’re happy to pass it on, including some of the furniture if wanted.
