It's a lovely, modern, 31sqm one bedroom apartment, with a beautiful kitchen, modern bathroom, separate bedroom with wardrobes, south facing balcony and hallway. The area is quiet, away from busy streets and noise, yet very close to everything. It's only a 10 minute walk to either Løren or Økern T-bane stations, which are on line 4 and 5 - so it gives you options for travelling around Oslo. It's only 200m to the Flybussen airport bus, and bus stop to several locations. 7 minutes to walk to Løren centre with supermarkets, cafes and shops.

The apartment is fully furnished, and includes high speed internet. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and TV. Electricity is included.

Included is a parking space in the secure, underground parking garage under the building.
