This studio apartment is located in our brand new building in the middle of Grünerløkka, known for its vibrant atmosphere, cultural diversity, and trendy cafes and restaurants. The building consists of 50 modern studio apartments divided over 5 floors and offers access to a big shared space with a kitchen and living room on the top floor, laundry facilities in the basement and a courtyard with a grill.

We have apartments ranging between 10 and 16 sqm with custom-built furniture that focuses on efficiency and making optimal use of space. All apartments have a sofa, a comfortable bed, a modern built-in kitchen with two stovetops and an ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Wooden flooring, soft natural tones and Nordic design furniture create a cosy atmosphere.

The price includes:
- rent
- utilities (gas, water, electricity, heating)
- internet
- biweekly cleaning service

Our contracts are open-ended with a minimum rental period of 3 months and a termination period of 1 month.
