Eiendommen ligger sentralt til i utkanten av Råholt, 5min med tog fra Oslo lufthavn.
Utenfor er det en stor veranda med landlig utsikt og en idyllisk morgensol.
Perfekt røykfritt rom for pendlere inn til Oslo, spesielt hvis man er glad i å ha skogen og naturen rundt seg. 37 min fra man går ut døra til man er i Oslo (30min togtur). Toget er veldig komfortabelt og det er omtrent alltid lett å få god plass.
Billig parkeringsavtale på togstasjonen (100kr/mnd) og 5 minutter til Gardermoen fra Eidsvoll Verk Togstasjon, veldig lett ved flyreiser.
