Well furnished home for rent in Sola

First floor consists of big living room with big dining area, Kitchen with dining area, corridoor and toilet.
Wooden terrece is just outside the living room and way out to big garden.
Bed rooms are on 2nd floor and bathroom and toilet is there too.
Garden is beautiful and big with green grass. it is fanced, secured for kids and also surrounded with flowers and bushes. house is fully furnished.
Most of the floor inside the house is wodden. And we have a warm pump (Air conditioner Warm/hot) installed in the living room. Also a cozy fire place.
Bathroom upstairs has floor heating. downstairs toilet has wooden floor also and a pannel heater.
The house is suitable for a small family with a baby or a small kid. That is our prefference too.
Since the house is furnished, We don't wish more furniture to be brought in.
Basement is not rented out. that shall also stay locked with our private stuff.
contract can be extended if both the parties are happy.
There are 4 bed rooms but two are locked with private iteams throught out. Tenents will still have two bigger bed rooms with beautiful view and the whole house.
Car port is not available but there is still huge space to park atleast two cars :)
