Includes: furniture (also Smart TV), private storage room, own kitchen, private bathroom, and caretaker service. IT CAN BE RENTED ONLY TO STUDENTS, PHDS, POSTDOCS, OR ANYONE CURRENTLY LINKED TO ANY ACADEMIC STUDIES/WORK.

Location: Voll Studentby (Moholt area), close to some of NTNU’s campuses (Dragvoll and Gløshaugen). Next to various supermarkets: Extra Moholt, Meny, Kiwi, and Rema 1000. Next to training centers (3T and CrossFit Moholt), Pharmacy, etc. Frequent bus lines: 3, 12, 14, airport Værnes expressen.


Details on the FURNITURE INCLUDED:
The apartment already includes furniture in a new state: Smart TV, microwave, sofa which can be expanded as a double bed, sofa’s table and pillows, TV cabinet, bed, night table and lamp, carpets, laundry box, toilet mirrors, shoe drawer, kitchen tables, kitchen chairs, desk table with lamp and chair. With the furniture, the apartment (1 room) is divided into various areas: bedroom, living room, study area, and kitchen.
These furniture and appliances are in addition to other appliances also included in the apartment: fridge, freezer, oven, hob, sink, and Internet router (your own Wifi).


The CONDITIONS for renting the apartment are - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU MATCH THESE CONDITIONS BEFORE CONTACTING:

1. Holding the STUDENT STATUS. In addition, PHDS, POSTDOCS, or any positions related to ACADEMIC STUDIES are eligible too. 
2. The price of all the furniture described above (sofa, bed, etc) and Smart TV in a new state IS ONLY 9,000 NOK (reduced 65% from its current price). The apartment will be rented ONLY TO THOSE TENANTS WHO TAKE THE FURNITURE WITH THE RENTING CONTRACT. The furniture must be paid the first day you take possession of the apartment. 2 contracts are made: one where you first compromise that you will be paying the 9,000 NOK for the furniture the first day you take possession, and second, the renting contract from Campus Living (the owner of Voll Studentby).

Deposit: You can choose between either paying 2,240 NOK as a deposit guarantee (it is then not reimbursed at the end of the contract - somehow similar to paying insurance for covering any potential costs of damage), or you can pay instead 16,000 NOK (in this case, it is fully reimbursed at the end of the contract if the apartment is in good condition).
