I am renting out one bedroom in my 2-bedroom flat. Your room is 7 sqm2, quiet and cozy, with a view. The room is fully furnished: with a 1.2m bed (mattress included), a wardrobe, a desk, a chair, and a nighttable. Relatively high ceiling - 2,67m.

You will be living with me, the owner of the flat - I am 36 years old, female, friendly and warm who loves dancing tango, mindfulness meditation, hiking. I work as an associate professor at a university college in Oslo.

You will have access to entrance space (hall way), living room and kitchen, including:
• Equipped kitchen with dishwasher. All cooking pans, cups, plates, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave etc. are all available for use.
• bathroom with combo washing machine and tumble dryer.
• Nice and well-kept backyard where you can enjoy a morning coffee.
• Bicycle parking in the backyard and free storage on the top floor.

The entire flat is 53 squaremeters. The two bedrooms are located at two far ends of the flat so you will have your privacy.

The room is available from 23 Oct 2024 onwards. Moving in date can be discussed. Either long or short term rental is okay with me. This room is for one person - female only. I am not in a rush to rent out - I prefer to have time to find the right flatmate.:)

Your monthly bills are 500 NOK in total, including electricity, wifi, heating, hot water, shared building service costs, insurances, etc.

LOCATION
I totally love this area - that's why I bought my flat here. This area is very central and there are trams, buses well connected to most parts in Oslo. This neighborhood is quiet (no traffic) and surrounded by green areas, and with Birkelunden as one of best neighbourhoods. A relaxed picnic in the park, stroll to Løkka for a good lunch, tram ride to the center or jogging along the Akerselva. Here you live, among other things, with a short walk to Sofienbergparken.
