In this apartment we collect students/PhD/postocs only.

This is an apartment with 5 bedrooms (one for each person), shared bathroom, extra toilet, large social-friendly living room and fully equipped kitchen and washing room (washing machine and drying machine, iron etc, with good space).

Rooms are fully furnished, but we can remove furniture that you don't need. All beds are 120 cm wide. Every room has an office chair and a table, a chest of drawers, and some shelves or/and wardrobe. There is an extra wardrobe in storage closet on the 2nd floor for those room who don't have a wardrobe inside.

High speed internet, water, and electricity is included. Consumption of electricity has to be conscious, and usually is never above 2500kWh, so all up to 3000kWh is included.
TV has HDMI cable, but no TV subscriptions included.

Bicycle parking is under the roof in open carport.

The apartment fits best for campuses Gløshaugen, St.Olav, Kalvskinnet, BI, and in case you love night life in the city center Obs! Dragvoll campus is far away, only if you love reading while on the bus.

OBS! apartment is approximate on 5th floor if to count stairs in the garden. It is getting few days until you get used to it and start breathing normally again :)

I use electronic contract of this webservice (swiftcourt.com) to make both sides safe. If needed we can also send you a scanned signed paper version. I have PhD from NTNU myself, I have experience with students from before, and I also have references from NTNU.

Payments:
deposit is 18000 NOK. First payment is on contract signing. Other payments are transferred 16 days before month starts.
