Each of the available bedrooms has plenty of space for a bed, wardrobe and desk, so you can study and relax in your own room. Also, furniture can be bought from former tenants for a fair price once the contract has been signed.

Electricity is not included in the rent but the INTERNET, CABLE TV are but this depends upon data usage, any excess usage will result in a bill. GB is set quite high at present so tenants have not paid any excesses to date.
