Set in an idyllic location, this agricultural estate covers almost 40 hectares of contiguous land, with approximately 9 hectares planted with modern, fully mechanised vineyards producing several DOC appellations (Piemonte Chardonnay, Dolcetto d’Ovada, Cortese dell’Alto Monferrato, Barbera del Monferrato).

The winemaking facilities are located in the oldest building on the estate, originally part of an ancient convent, which still retains its magnificent vaulted ceilings, tower, and chapel. This building contains vinification and storage areas, office and reception spaces, as well as a striking apartment comprising an entrance hall, kitchenette, bedroom, living room, and bathrooms, all offering beautiful views over the estate. There is also a majestic hall with original floors and ceilings and an impressive wall-mounted fireplace. The basement level features a series of underground wine cellars with remarkable character and atmosphere.
A short distance away stands a residential house in excellent condition, recently restored, arranged over two floors with high-quality interior and exterior finishes and enjoying a very pleasant view over the valley. Not far from the main building is a small, characteristic farmhouse to be refurbished, arranged over two levels, with a large rear outbuilding used for agricultural equipment storage and garage.
At the top of the hill stands a very large farmhouse dating from the 18th century, featuring original ceilings and fully renewed roofs. The property requires restoration and would be ideally suited to become an elegant main residence.
The estate is currently dedicated to wine production. Given the beauty and scale of the setting, it would be ideal to complement the agricultural activity with hospitality and tourism, for example, by developing a “widespread hotel” (albergo diffuso). The flat areas of land are also suitable for recreational facilities such as a swimming pool, a tennis court, and similar amenities.
