Nissan 200 SX

Unique chance to own an unrestored, low-milage, never tracked 200SX!

 

This car started its project-life as a 100% stock 1996 S14 automatic, imported from Germany in 2014 with honest 53tkm on the clock (!). 

 

Converted to manual in 2014/2015 with newly rebuilt SR20DET engine from my old project S14, S14 5 speed gearbox with full OS Giken internals, 2-plate HKS clutch, GReddy titanium cat back, Full Race downpipe, Garrett GT3586, Tial external wastegate.

 

Clutch, turbo, dp, exhaust was at that point close to 0km, as I built up my previous project S14, in the late 2000s with 548WHP @ 102 octane fuel/1.6 bar of boost, and the engine block held up 2 laps at Rudskogen. Sold that car as a rolling chassis – kept all the listed parts, and built a new block with Darton steels sleeves, stronger ARP bolts for head/carrier/rods, forged crankshaft, forged rods/pistons ++ for this “PA tribute-200SX”.

(We sold close to 400 200SXs (S13, S14/A) during the 2000s).

 

Engine head is Norris designs with HKS step 2 cams/valve springs,  titanium retainers, rocker arms stoppers, GReddy inlet manifold with larger throttle body, VVT-wheel re-fitted by FVK-engineering

 

GReddy oil pan, GTI-R oil pump, GReddy pulleys, PWR huge radiator with Volvo thermostat-set up fan, Norris Design FMIC, Tial BOV, Bosch 044 fuel pumps, PRP coil-kit with R35 coils,

 

Engine safely tuned in at 500 engineHP @ 98 octane fuel  = “Cars & Coffee set-up”

 

Link ECU + Link data display system Strada with S14 adapter frame

 

D2 brake kit 380mm/6pot calipers up front, 356 mm/4pot in the rear with 2 pots going for regular brake and 2 pots for the D2 hydraulic handbrake

 

Tein Flex Z coilovers with top mounts (front camber adjustable), all Nismo arms/power brace etc from the Nismo catalogue, poly-bushes everywhere, Whiteline sway bars, Cusco carbon strut braces f&r, Cusco camber arms in the rear, Nagisa Auto tie rod end links in front.

 

Advan RSDP 8.5x19” ET38 and 9.5x19” ET29 wheels with Advan hub caps and Advan nuts

Michelin Pilot Super Sport 225/35-19” and 255/30-19” tires

Rear fenders rolled by Valsespesialisten.

 

Nismo 1.5way rear diff with the auto’s rear ratio of 3.916 (47/12 ring & pinion)

 

Nardi deep corn chrome steering wheel on HKB hub.

OEM gearknob re-upholstered by Fairmont.

OEM-style gaiter in real leather by Fairmont.

 

12V battery relocated to the trunk.

 

Except some of the engine parts and the gearbox, everything here is less than 1.000km from new. And that is very gentle 1.000 km’s..

Plan is to approve the car by Norwegian SVV in 2026 with a suitable smaller turbo, and recirk WG. Handbrake will need an OEM set-up for approval here in Norway.
