Due to the end of my adventure in Norway, I'm selling my food truck and all its equipment.

The truck is a Mercedes 311CDI with a 2.2-liter 110 HP engine. I'm including an extra set of tires. The truck has just been inspected. All required repairs and maintenance have been completed, including new brake pads and discs, brake lines, headlights, windshield, and shock absorbers. The engine and transmission run flawlessly.

The truck was built in 2019. It has a long worktop with plenty of space for equipment and food preparation. At either end of the worktop are workstations with power outlets, perfect for fryers. Above the workstations are stainless steel hoods with powerful extractors on the roof. The wall in this area is protected with stainless steel sheeting, which is easy to clean. The wall in the center of the worktop is covered with plywood, repeatedly painted with a waterproof wood varnish. It also houses a large bread bin and several smaller baskets. Under the countertop, there are numerous shelves and drawers, as well as a convection oven and space for an industrial mixer (I baked the rolls myself in the food truck). On the other side, there's a hatch that locks from the inside, which, when opened, also serves as a canopy for customers. The hatch opens with an easy-to-use crank. On one side of the display case is a large refrigerated cabinet, and on the other is a cabinet with a sink. Above the sink are clean water containers. After connecting a hose, the water flows from the tap and flows into the dirty water containers under the sink, eliminating the need for running water. The food service counter also has a specially designed space for a cooling beverage dispenser. Further shelves under the counter allow for ample storage. The floor is finished with easy-to-clean linoleum, and the walls are covered with special waterproof wallpaper for bathrooms. The electrical system was installed by a certified electrician. There are two separate electrical circuits, both powered by two 32A plugs located outside the truck. Inside, there's a fuse box with fuses appropriate for the appliances used. One circuit covers almost all sockets and appliances needed for kitchen operation. The other covers only the right workstation and two additional sockets. This was designed to avoid overloading the system and ensure safe and trouble-free operation. Halogen lights are installed above the serving counter, as are the ceiling inside the kitchen, and on the wall above the central part of the worktop. Additionally, each hood has its own lights, ensuring the entire kitchen is very bright. The food truck comes with several long cables with 32A plugs, allowing you to connect to a fuse box located even several dozen meters away. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances worth approximately NOK 100,000, used only 3 seasons, in good working order and thoroughly cleaned:

I'm also including several boxes of disposable food packaging, such as bamboo plates, french fry boats, paper cups, straws, paper bags, etc.
