LIMITED PRODUCTION, UNLIMITED ADVENTURE
It’s difficult to explain the nuances of ‘limited’ and ‘limitless’ in the same sentence. But, with only 700 units available worldwide, the KTM 890 ADVENTURE R RALLY is as exclusive as it is offroad capable. Featuring WP Pro Components suspension on par with that found on the works KTM 450 RALLY, a unique color scheme, and bristling with race-derived parts, the only thing limiting the KTM 890 ADVENTURE R RALLY is the production run.
 
2021 KTM 890 ADVENTURE R RALLY HIGHLIGHTS
 A completely new and unique color scheme, as well as graphics with more than a nod to KTM’s Factory Racing efforts and premium carbon fiber tank guards, adorn this limited edition ADVENTURE machine. 
Extremely powerful, torquey parallel twin 889 cc DOHC engine with electronic fuel injection, dual balancer shafts, PASC slipper clutch and Ride-by-Wire for a smoother and more refined response.
Specifically tuned for Adventure riding, the engine features an increased bore and stroke, higher compression ratio, larger valves and a new piston design coupled with new connecting rods and a new crankshaft, all wrapped in new engine cases.
AKRAPOVIČ titanium silencer adds to the rally look and feel of the bike and offers a 35% weight savings compared to the standard silencer.
WP XPLOR PRO 7548 fork using cone valve technology is the absolute best suspension currently offered on any adventure bike. The cone valve allows unlimited opening, so harshness of the suspension is reduced, while the closed cartridge construction ensures reduced friction, consistent performance over longer periods and improved responsiveness.
WP XPLOR PRO 6746 shock absorber uses KTM’s trademark progressive damping system which allows progressive damping without using a linkage for reduced weight and maintenance. Thanks to the latest, low-friction components, the shock absorber offers the highest level of damping performance, reducing the physical strain on riders.
The WP PRO COMPONENTS suspension is the defining feature of this motorcycle and offers 270 mm of travel, 30 mm more than the KTM 890 ADVENTURE R.
Adventure longer and harder than ever before with special high-strength DID DirtStar rims. The spoked 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels are specifically developed to handle hardcore offroad exploration (wheel size: 21 x 2.15” front and 18 x 4.00” rear) and have been paired with Continental TKC 80 tires for traction when it counts.   
A high, race-specific straight seat is a clear statement of this bike’s rally intentions. The single piece seat enhances offroad riding ergonomics, easing the transition from sitting to standing.
Rally footpegs offer more grip and a wider platform for more comfort and control when standing for long technical sections.
Ultralight tubular Chromium Molybdenum steel frame has been upgraded with a new aluminum steering head tube and a lighter subframe for 2021.  
Twin 320 mm front brake discs with 4 piston radially mounted calipers, updated Cornering ABS and Offroad ABS allow for an ideal mix of control and stopping power. New front master cylinder and rear caliper internals provide better feeling, control and heat stability.   
Slim platform with a low-slung fuel tank to lower the center of gravity and allow the rider freedom of movement.
Rider aids include Street, Offroad, Rain and Rally ride modes, Motorcycle Traction Control (MTC), Motor Slip Regulation (MSR), KTM MY RIDE to connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth and the Quickshifter+ for clutchless up and down shifts.
Standard Cruise Control gives the hands some much needed rest before attacking the next extreme section.  
LED headlight and taillight for great illumination and visibility.
Multifunctional dashboard with full-color TFT display is bright and clear. The display's configuration is variable and automatically adapts to variations in environmental light.
Steering damper fitted as standard and setup to feel as natural as possible, giving the rider a secure feeling while keeping the offroad character of the bike.
Tapered aluminum handlebar can be mounted in 6 positions on the triple clamp resulting in 30 mm of adjustability.
