Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the head chef to create and execute innovative seasonal menus that meet the restaurant's high standards
Ensure efficient kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
Lead and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to achieve exceptional culinary results
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating processes to deliver a seamless dining experience for guests
Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
