Responsibilities:

• Create an unforgettable dining experience for the hotel's guests
• Prepare dishes in line with established routines and profitability goals
• Daily mise en place, catering for lunches, conference dinners, and events
• Follow established procedures and standards for ingredient handling and hygiene
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, baking area, and storage facilities

Qualifications:

• Strong culinary background with a focus on high-quality food production
• Fluent in English or Norwegian
• Good knowledge of food safety and health regulations
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently
• Passion for culinary arts and dedication to upholding the restaurant's concept
