🍕 Head Pizzaiolo Position at Little Italy AS & Trattoria Sapori 🍕Position Type: Full-time, asap.
Little Italy AS is a renowned pizzeria and we are now opening Trattoria Sapori with an outdoor seating area for 30 guests and a new bar concept. We are looking for a talented Pizzaiolo that will be our head pizzaiolo/head chef. The person will also need to be able to cook pasta and some antipasti.

The ideal candidate should thrive to have responsibility and a fast-paced environment, possess a deep understanding of traditional and innovative pizza-making techniques.

🔪 Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of gourmet pizzas with precision and adherence to our unique flavor profiles
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pizzeria/Trattoria to ensure a smooth workflow
- Responsible for the kitchen team members to uphold quality standards and exceed guest expectations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Take responsibility and come with new recipes
