We’re on the hunt for our new Office Manager! For the past 7 years Breach has grown to a workforce of 37 talented individuals with a strong sense for innovation, and building new experiences unlike any other. In the world of XR technology (VR, AR, MR), we aim to create beautiful immersive experiences tailored for each client, building better realities one project at a time.

You will be an important part of the admin team, responsible for taking care of the daily operations, and keeping the office running smoothly and our well being and sanity intact. Your focus will be both on HSE and facilities, but most importantly the workplace culture, and keeping us aligned with the goals we have set following our core values: creativity, empathy, growth and responsibility.


Qualifications
  • Practise a high degree of empathy

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken

  • Good understanding of resource allocation and prioritising

  • Structured, and able to structure your own efforts

Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management

    • overseeing office maintenance, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that the office environment is safe, clean, and well-equipped.

  • Human resources & Workplace Culture

    • making sure everyone feels seen, gets greeted in the morning, and interacts with others during the day.

    • Support and promote company values and workplace culture through engagement activities

  • Lunch Coordination

    • Researching, ordering, and organising lunch options, collecting feedback, and budgeting for expenses.

  • Event planning

    • organising company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and guest arrangements.

  • Communication; internal & external

    • Our internal language of communication is English. Make sure that everyone knows the state of what’s going on inside of the office.

    • keep an eye on the marketing efforts we do on social media, and follow up on the Marketing department with content creation (b2b).

  • HMS & Sustainability Initiatives

    • keep an eye on our recurring HSE efforts in the physical work environment, and make sure we operate according to our current action plan.

    • Promote sustainability in office management, including waste reduction, recycling programs, and energy efficiency.

Bonus
