Your Mission

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent, located in Norway (Oslo).

As a Customer Service Agent you will be part of the Customer Service team in Oslo and report to Rune Johansen, the Team Lead of Customer Service Norway and Sweden.

Customer Service is the last step in our customer journey. The team help our customers with everything from technical questions to how public tendering and e-procurement work. We take our time and make sure to stay with the customer until they are satisfied. This means that we are daily in contact with internal stakeholders seeking knowledge, giving feedback, reporting potential bugs etc.

As the ideal candidate for this role, you have a strong passion for achieving high customer satisfaction and giving our customers the best possible experience. You have a positive and flexible attitude to change and see it as an opportunity for development, both as an individual and as an employee.

Core Responsibilities

  • Communicate with our customers via phone calls in Telavox or our ticketing system Jira
  • Provide excellent support and guidance to our customers in our online platforms
  • Contribute to a great collaboration in the team in Norway and across borders on knowledge sharing and best practices sharing
  • Be proactive in helping decrease the amount of incoming calls and tickets by creating articles, educating our customers and always staying one step ahead of the market trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or customer related roles
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong digital literacy skills and proven ability to navigate within unfamiliar software
  • Solid understanding of confidentiality and other professional codes of conduct

Preferred Qualifications

  • Having experience with public tendering and e-procurement is a strong plus

Duration: Full time
Working style: Hybrid remote
Location: Oslo, Norway
