Change Management & Service Designer

Job Purpose
The Change Mgmt and Service Designer will play a key role in the solution management team responsible for coordinating & facilitating change management for the exploration and deployment of the workstream applications. This position will work to drive faster adoption and higher ultimate utilization of applications from the workstream. Job Description
This position is responsible to coordinate and facilitate change management for the exploration and deployment of workstream applications. This allows for solutions to be effectively adopted by the business while maintaining alignment between the team & stakeholders.

• Manages the change management and exploration plans
• Facilitates ideation with team and stakeholders
• Coordinates with communications on material creation
• Tracks and schedules activities
• Is an active and visible coach to the team on change management and service design
• Supports Product Manager in exploration activities and methods to collect user feedback

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or higher
• 5+ years experience in service design, change management or continuous improvement leader/project manager
• Prosci change management practitioner experience or certification preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Strong facilitation skills
• Team mentality
