Bartender's duties:

As a bartender, you will be responsible for service and operations in the bar on your shift. You will be responsible for ensuring that all areas in the bar appear inviting and presentable at all times.

It is important that you have a passion for the profession and care about quality in your work. A desire to learn will be central.

As a bartender with us, you must enjoy hectic days, and be able to handle stressful situations in a way that does not affect you, your colleagues and the operation.

Communication with guests and colleagues is important, we are therefore concerned that you master Norwegian, or Scandinavian and English good.

In the position of bartender, you must want and be willing to work weekends and evenings.

• Are happy, outgoing, present and smiling in your approach to other people, around guests and colleagues

• Has a natural interest in learning

• Has a high working capasity and is very service oriented

• A good team player with a positive mind and constructive attitude

• Is structured, stable and flexible in your attitude to work

• Has a good ability to handle stress

Qualifications:

• Experience from the industry is emphasized, a minimum of 2 years' bar experience is desirable

• You are motivated by satisfied guests

• Good communication skills

• Applicant must be 20 years of age.
