Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our one of our soon opening stores in Oslo. This role requires strong leadership, a can-do attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, proficiency in visual merchandising is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Manage inventory levels and optimize stock allocation to meet customer demand.
• Create captivating store layouts and displays through strong proficiency in visual merchandising.
• Foster a positive working environment and promote a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Knowledge of the Norwegian retail market is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Swedish/Norwegian is required.
