Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our operations in Norway. In addition to regional responsibilities, the successful candidate will also serve as the Store Manager for one of the three retail stores. This dual role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, proficiency in visual merchandising is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate store managers and teams to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability across the region.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Manage inventory levels and optimize stock allocation to meet customer demand.
• Foster a positive working environment and promote a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Strong proficiency in visual merchandising to create captivating store layouts and displays.

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Knowledge of the Norwegian retail market is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Swedish/Norwegian is required.
