At Bonzer, we assist and support customers with their overall business and marketing goals through in-depth analysis, strategic roadmaps, and effective SEO sprints. Bonzer consists of around 50 passionate employees across Oslo, Stockholm, and Copenhagen. Our Oslo office is one of our growth markets, meaning we are a smaller team with a high ambition for our local growth.


The role

As our new Junior Consultant in Client Management, you will build and retain relationships with our ambitious clients to contribute to their success. You will act as a valuable team member in supporting, analyzing, and delivering our product, besides getting the opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop essential hands-on skills, etc.

Together with your team, which consists of passionate people-first colleagues, you are responsible for helping our clients level up their marketing and customer acquisition efforts through organic marketing / SEO on the Norwegian market. In the Junior role, we don’t expect you to be able to handle any area on an independent level, but we expect you to deliver well with support from experienced colleagues/consultants.


How we measure your success (after your onboarding):

  • Client Management: You manage our clients and client relationships at a satisfactorily high level. You successfully communicate our service in a manner that enables our clients to connect it to their overall business goals. Your approach is successful in every client situation and communication form.

  • SEO Strategy: You successfully develop and shape clients' SEO strategies. You do this through solid product knowledge, critical thinking, and business understanding.

  • Project Management: You manage the structure and back end of projects through accurate budgeting, scoping, and forecasting. You prioritize to maximize output, resulting in successful retention, upselling, and overall positive impact on business KPIs.

  • Utilization: You manage your utilization targets successfully and with ease, including overall utilization and billable targets. In addition, you manage your time effectively to positively impact your external and internal contributions.


Qualifications

We imagine that you are a recent graduate or at the beginning of your career, preferably with a background in Marketing, Communications, Sales, Business, Entrepreneurship, or related fields. It is not required for you to have extensive experience in SEO, though we like you to be willing to learn, have a curious mindset, and be passionate about the Marketing industry. We will make sure that you get the right support and professional training required to succeed in the role.

You must be motivated to interact with people and have a proactive and systematic way of working while being an empathetic problem-solver and good communicator (both written and oral). This role is the right fit if you thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. We perceive it as a big plus if you thrive in, and previously have been exposed in customer and/or client relations roles.
