A family-run hotel in Norway is looking for a receptionist

The Hotel is a charming family hotel and an attraction in itself, located in the middle of the world`s best tourist destination.

The hotel lies in the middle of the best that Norway has to offer. Majestic mountains, sparkling glaciers, clear blue fjords with a dash of culture, peace and great local food. The kitchen serves fresh seafood from the fjord, mushrooms and venison from the forests and even juicy apples and berries from the surrounding farms.

We are looking for you with the following qualities

· Enthusiastic host person with a desire to help guests

· Good presentation and communication skills that create good guest experiences

· Quality- and responsibility-conscious with a willingness to stand up

· Solution-oriented and reliable

· Works independently, but also good at working in a team with others

· Flexible about work tasks and working hours

· Thrives in a hectic and international work environment

Work assignments

· Tasks related to reception and breakfast service

· Working hours vary according to the roster and will include weekend work

Qualification requirements

· You speak fluent English and preferably Norwegian

· You have knowledge of tourism and have good communication skills

· You preferably have experience in service, sales and communication

· You are used to using a PC and have good computer knowledge

Working period: 01.05.2024 - 15.10.2024

Accommodation: 3750 NOK/month, New staff house, which is only 500 meters from the hotel. This sum includes everything (bedding, electricity, internet, staff food on the days you are at work.

Salary: 200.00 - 210.00 NOK/h

Average working hours is 162.50 / month

Salary additions

Sunday addition 25.75 NOK/Hour

Overtime addition 50.00 %

Saturday addition 25.75 NOK/Hour

Vacation addition 12.00 %

Night time addition 47.41 NOK/Hour

Evening time addition 13.55 NOK/Hour

National holiday addition 100.00 %

Overtime and vacation money will be paid at the end of the contract.
