We Are Looking for chefs for a newly renovated hotel near Lofoten

A small hotel near Lofoten is looking for skillful chefs.

The newly renovated hotel has 51 guestrooms and a conference capacity of 100 persons.

The hotel has a restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as a new elegant and great bar/lounge area.

1-2 chefs in one shift.

Tasks:

• 
  

  Arrange and prepare high-quality food in accordance with our various food concepts

  
  
• 
  

  Follow procedures according to IK food, cleaning and safety

  
  
• 
  

  Contribute to the department meeting expectations for guest satisfaction, quality and profitability

  
  
• 
  

  Follow routines for organic and certified products and source sorting, as well as contribute to reducing food waste

  
  
• 
  

  Contribute to a good working environment and cooperation with colleagues in the kitchen and other departments

  
  
• 
  

  Assist during the serving of food

Accommodation: 4000 NOK/month - housing shared with other workers, private bedroom

Food: Free on working days (staff food, 1 time)

Salary: 230.00 - 240.00 NOK/h

Average working hours is 162.50 / month

The approximate salary with normal hours is 240.00 * 162 * 12.00% = 43680.00 NOK before taxes (~25.00)

Salary additions

Sunday addition 25.75 NOK/Hour

Overtime addition 50.00 %

Saturday addition 25.75 NOK/Hour

Vacation addition 12.00 %

Night time addition 47.41 NOK/Hour

Evening time addition 13.55 NOK/Hour

National holiday addition 100.00 %

Overtime and vacation money will be paid at the end of the contract.
