Beskrivelse

Hey you...

Yes, you, we want YOU to join our department!

We are passionate about professional development, teamwork and continuous improvement, and want to have you on our team.

Ward 9 - Acute geriatrics and kidney medicine is a 24-hour ward in Clinic for Medicine. We treat patients with infections, kidney failure, dialysis, functional impairment and share. Both the acute geriatric and the renal medicine patient have very complex problems, which means that we have to use all our specialist expertise. With us, you will have the opportunity to learn two exciting subject areas in one department. There are varied tasks ranging from acute situations to interdisciplinary investigation and peritoneal dialysis. Our nurses gain a wide range of skills that provide many opportunities, both within their own subject with various further educations, but also towards specialist departments in the hospital. Our vision for patient care is "individualized medicine". In this we add that the patients must meet qualified employees with good professional knowledge, communication skills and attitudes. We want to place a strong focus on the whole person. In order to carry out a good investigation, we depend on a good interdisciplinary collaboration. Nurses, health professionals, doctors, physiotherapists and occupational therapists are part of the day-to-day team. If you want to work in a pleasant working environment with committed colleagues with lots of humor and laughter, then yes, this the job for you!
