UX/UI Designer

Eyr is looking for a skilled UX/UI designer who can take ownership and elevate our brand and user experiences.

Eyr is a leading Norwegian technology company that develops digital healthcare services in a fast, simple and safe way. With us, doctors, psychologists and technologists work side by side to offer the best solutions for our patients. We have developed a scalable video solution that makes it easy for a patient and a doctor or psychologist to meet.

Eyr was the first in Norway to offer video consultation with a doctor in 2016, and has since helped over 300,000 patients. We have solid Norwegian and international investors and have great ambitions for the future.

UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a versatile designer who can take ownership of the user experience in our patient app and back office systems. Together with our Product Manager you will be responsible for improving existing products and building new functions, products and services. You will be responsible for both UX, UI and our brand. Since we are a scale-up, we all have a variety of hats and responsibilities, and we are looking for a team player who is flexible and contributes where needed.

Responsibility

• UX / UI for the patient app, back-office systems, and website/promotional materials

• Streamline the daily responsibilities of our healthcare professionals, administration, and support staff

• Further develop the design system and Eyr's brand

• Integrate user insights and conduct thorough user testing

• Maintain Eyr's brand standards and collaborate with the marketing team for further development

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Used to working closely with developers in a product development team

• Used to following a product from insight, through development and testing to implementation and iteration

• Experience in doing user insights and user testing

• Experience in creating overviews and user journeys

• Good visual skills

• Eager to learn

• Good oral and written English skills, bonus points for any Scandinavian language
