We're Hiring: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the restaurant manager in daily management and operations of the restaurant.
- Ensuring high quality of service and dining experience for our guests.
- Leading and motivating our team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Planning and execution of events and special occasions.
- Contributing to staff development and training.
- Managing orders and inventory control.
- Monitoring and maintaining the restaurant's financial goals and budgets.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a leadership role.
- Is a strong team player with excellent leadership skills.
- Has a passion for food and wine, especially with knowledge of Spanish cuisine.
- Is flexible, solution-oriented, and ready for challenges.
- Has good communication skills, both orally and in writing, in Norwegian and English.
