Product Manager – BU Safety & Security

Working in the physical security/communication industry requires a high level of dedication and responsibility, as our products and systems directly impact the well-being of our customers and the general public. We are now looking to strengthen our team with a Product Manager to take on the management of some of our key products within our business unit Safety & Security. The product management department is a global and diverse team, consisting of 6 engaged and highly skilled product managers.

Key responsibilities

As Product Manager, you will have a key role in our ability to deliver best-in-class products and services. You will be managing a key category of products, responsible for everything from idea through product development and the whole product lifecycle. You will work closely with a broad set of stakeholders, ranging from R&D and Marketing to internal sales and operations as well as customers facing towards our global partner network.  



Other tasks and areas of responsibility

• Responsible for products in the Safety & Security area and driving this forward in accordance with Zenite’ls strategic plan
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders internally and externally
• Responsibility for establishing, developing and maintaining product roadmap for the area
• Collaborate with R&D on new product development, and actively participate with Marketing and Sales to ensure successful product launch and performance throughout product lifecycle

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are eager to learn and grow in the role, with 3-5 years of experience with either product development or product management. You are equally at ease discussing technical product requirements with an R&D engineer as mapping out key value propositions with marketing or sales.

• BSc / Msc in relevant technical or commercial studies, alternatively long relevant experience
• Experience with hardware product development and/or Cloud Solutions is an advantage
• Independent and systematic approach
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Native level English, written and oral (other major languages a plus)
• Be up to date on emerging market needs and technology trends
