Requirements:


  1. Educational Background or Experience: Possess either education or experience in guiding, instructing, or related fields such as tourism, communications, or performing arts.
  2. Team Collaboration: Be comfortable working collaboratively in a team, specifically with the minibus driver.
  3. Minibus Guiding Skills: Navigate and guide comfortably in a minibus, adept at using a microphone for effective communication.
  4. Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, as all our activities are conducted in English.
  5. Communication and Social Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and social skills to engage with guests and create memorable experiences.
  6. First Aid Certifications: Hold up-to-date first aid, primary, and secondary care certifications.
  7. Winter Readiness: Be comfortable working in challenging winter conditions, showcasing resilience and adaptability.

  • Compensation of NOK200 per hour and with a minimum salary guarantee per tour and minimum guarantee of tours per month (equivilent to 100%). The minimum salary guarantee per tour starts from NOK 2400 and depends on number of seasons worked, if you have your own equipment or are renting from Wandering Owl. All rates are published internally for you to see to ensure we are aligned with our transparency policy.
