LD studio is looking for sales personnel. We are looking for someone who has knowledge and interest in sales and customer relations, building networks and handling sales, organisation and administrative work, as well as having innovative ideas for further concepts and development.

Qualifications:


  • Relevant higher education or experience

Arbeidsoppgaver

Over the next few years, LD will focus on expanding the customer relations team, and we envisage that this position will lead this team in the future.


As a Customer Relationship Manager in LD Studio, you will be the face of the company for customer enquiries in many phases. You will be responsible for assisting and supporting communication in large and small projects, while at the same time we want the expertise you bring in to be useful in other relevant contexts.


You are driven by making the organisation succeed with customers communication and you thrive on alternating between creative phases, plans and operational tasks. You take responsibility, share knowledge and are motivated by creating results in collaboration with others. You have a high work capacity and the ability to handle many tasks at the same time.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Managing the company's CRM system.
  • Development and maintaining the company's customer relationships.
  • Developing strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintaining the structure and organisation of the company's projects.
  • Maintain good communication between the customer and our customer contacts.
  • Document forecasts and results for relationship work for management and the board.
  • Start up, lead and expand LD's future customer relations team.
