Axo Group is a fintech company specializing in personal lending brokering developing the leading personal finance platform in the Nordics. Based on rapid growth in we are approx. 200 employees with a revenue short of ½ billion NOK and profitable in all the Nordic markets. Target is to reach almost one million members on our personal finance platform (uScore) in 2024.

For the next phase of our growth journey, we're seeking a highly commercial Chief Experience Officer (CXO) with P/L responsibility. This role includes operational and strategic oversight to grow, activate, and engage our members to maximize profitable growth.

Location: Oslo or Stockholm Office
Reporting to: CEO

The CXO will lead our charge to become the leading personal finance platform in the Nordics, focusing on growing and refine member experiences, increase the use of data for personalized offers, and collaborate with Marketing to boost engagement and growth. Furthermore, our CXO will be instrumental in fostering a strong partner ecosystem for our uScore members.

Your Objective

The primary goal for the CXO is tomaximize gross profit and average revenue per user through strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing member engagement, satisfaction, and marketplace optimization. Key areas of focus include:


  • Member Engagement and Community Growth: Drive member activation and foster a thriving community to enhance platform stickiness and user loyalty.

  • Optimize User Experience and Satisfaction: Collaborate with the Product & Tech Team, including UX designers, to exceed customer expectations and make our platform the preferred choice for personal finance management.

  • Marketplace Success: Leverage data analytics to enhance user-offer fit, driving conversions and maximizing the effectiveness of our partner panel and financial offerings.

Key Responsibilities


  • Foster an Outstanding User Experience: A cornerstone for activating our members is the user experience itself as part of our value proposition. Collaborate with the Product & Tech Team incl. UX designers to meet and exceed customer expectations.

  • Personalize Financial Offerings based on our Partner Panel: Solutions and tools enriched with insights and recommendations derived from third-party data and the use of algorithm to aggregate and filter offers from a range of partners, ensuring that every member receives at least one relevant offer at any time.

  • Management of the Member Lifecycle: Take charge of the entire member journey, from initial engagement through to recurring use as a satisfied and profitable member.

  • Competitive Analysis and Market Positioning: Conduct analyses of competitors and market development and drawing inspiration from successful models like ClearScore, Credit Karma, LendingTree, and NerdWallet as an example.

  • Ensure Data-Driven Decisions: Use data analytics to inform decision-making processes, ensuring actions are aligned with achieving KPIs and maximizing gross profit!

Qualifications


  • Commercial Acumen and P/L Management: Solid track record of managing profit and loss (P/L) responsibilities, with a history of driving profitable scalable growth.


  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Exceptional ability in utilizing data analytics to inform strategic decisions and to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Experience with advanced analytics tools and methodologies to drive business outcomes.


  • Value Proposition Development: Expertise in developing compelling value propositions based on a robust partner panel offering diverse and competitive products.


  • Educational Background: Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Technology, or a related field. Certifications or professional training in user experience, data analytics, or digital marketing are highly desirable.


  • Language: Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language
