Hevd Bakeri & Pizzeria is looking for a part-time waiters & bartender for summer season!

Working at Hevd bakeri & pizzeria you can expect an international working environment where the main language is English. As a waiter in Hevd, you should enjoy working in a hectic environment and be able to handle stress well. We are looking for you who have a positive attitude, and who contribute to a good working environment. A waiter with us should be both interested in service and food, as well as like to share his knowledge with our many curious guests. We are especially looking for you positive, service-minded people that like to smile and who is not afraid to give extra attention to our guests.

Opening hours:

Monday-Sunday 09.30-21.00

Tuesday-Thursday 09.30-22.00

Friday-Saturday 09.30-23.00

We are looking for:

1. Part-time Bartender/waiter - season contarct from March to September (100 hours)
2. Two part-time waiters - season conytarct from April to August (120 hours)

Tasks

• go with food
• clear tables
• preparations before opening and after closing
• table service / a la carte / tidy table / covered table
• Service and guest treatment, welcome guests with a smile
• Overview and control of own station/area
• Sale of food/wine/beer/drinks
• Complaint handling
• Opening/closing of the restaurant
• cash sales
• make coffee

Personal characterics

• previous experience with a la carte is considered positive
• coffee knowledge (seen as positive)
• English and Norwegian (very good English if you do not speak Norwegian or Swedish) Personal characteristics

We will contact potential candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis. Relevant candidates will be invited to a 3-day trial work. The trial work period will be held at Hevd.
