We are looking for a dynamic, proactive co-worker with an entrepreneurial mindset ready to take on the role as Marketing Manager. At InterForm, you won’t just be executing tasks – you’ll be a key voice and work close together with internal and external stateholders.   • Strategy & Calendar Management: Develop, oversee, and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar, detailing content and campaigns to attract leads from a myriad of channels.

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams and external resources, partners, and ERP providers to create compelling content ranging from blog posts, infographics, videos, feature reviews, whitepapers, case studies, webinars to sales brochures and presentations.

  • Campaign Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams and external vendors to roll out impactful campaigns.

  • Performance Optimization: Dive deep into analytics, test hypotheses, and employ experimentation to boost campaign performance.

  • Multi-channel Mastery: Ensure seamless planning and execution across paid, organic, and owned media channels, aligning each campaign to specific growth objectives.

  • Marketing Automation: Streamline marketing processes for lead nurturing, predominantly through email, content, and social strategies.

  • Influencer Engagement: Build and maintain connections with key decision-makers, devising strategies to engage them effectively.

  • Budget Management: Oversee budgets across channels, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and efficient CAC.

Desired qualifications:
  • High-energy, self-starter attitude. Ready to take initiatives and drive them to completion.

  • Passion for learning and staying ahead of marketing trends and techniques.

  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in marketing software and tools.

  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adapting to evolving business needs.

  • Marketing experience from working with ERP or IT enterprise solutions is a plus, but not a demand.
