We're a passionate game development company based in Linköping , and we're searching for a creative visionary to join our team. In this unpaid internship, you won't fetch coffee or sort files; you'll dive headfirst into the vibrant world of game design.

Your Role: As a 3D Director Intern, you'll be at the heart of our creative process. Your mission? To ensure our games are visually stunning, maintain design consistency, and work closely with teams like Concept and Design.

What We're Looking For:

• A passion for turning creative visions into reality.

• Artistic skills that set you apart from the rest.

• A knack for artistic and design thinking.

• Full-time availability during the internship.

• Proficiency in Blender and Unity (bonus points for Substance Painter or ZBrush skills).

• Dive into 3D assignments and ensure they shine with visual excellence.

• Explore the realms of the Art Bible and Height Chart to stay up to date.

• Be the gatekeeper – every task that lands with the 3D team should be pristine.

• Craft assignments that inspire our 3D team to push boundaries.

• Join forces with the 3D, Design, and Concept teams during meetings.

• Keep your skills sharp through workshops and stay ahead of 3D workflows.

• Guide the 3D team to create the assets that craft the visually enchanting worlds.
