A beautiful ski resort in the search of a baker

We are looking for a baker with the biggest smile!

You will be the face of the company and must love providing good customer service.

Taskt for a baker:

  Opening/closing Bakery and preparations in connection with this

  
  
• 
  

  Produce bread, pastries etc. according to agreed recipes and needs

  
  
• 
  

  Being an ambassador for the resort, greeting and interacting with guests

  
  
• 
  

  Place orders for food and drink

  
  
• 
  

  Serving food and drink orders

  
  
• 
  

  Collect the correct payment

  
  
• 
  

  Make sure guest leaves with a smile and a desire to return

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  You communicate effectively in English; a Scandinavian language is a bonus, but not necessary

  
  
• 
  

  You have experience working with people and customer service, preferably with guests as we see them in the hospitality sector

  
  
• 
  

  At least 1-2 years experience as a baker with knowledge of sourdough bread

  
  

Working period: 01.11.2023 - 30.04.2024

Accommodation: 4000 NOK/1 month - Apartment 200 m from hotel (mostly studio apartment)

Food: Free on working days

Salary: 215.00 - 220.00 NOK/h

Average working hours is 162.50 / month

The approximate salary with normal hours is 220.00 * 162 * 12.00% = 40040.00 NOK before taxes (~25.00)

Salary additions

Sunday addition 25.75 NOK/Hour

Overtime addition 50.00 %

Saturday addition 25.75 NOK/Hour

Vacation addition 12.00 %

Night time addition 47.41 NOK/Hour

Evening time addition 13.55 NOK/Hour

National holiday addition 100.00 %

Overtime and vacation money will be paid at the end of the contract.
