Project Buyer til snarlig oppstart

For one of our clients we are searching for a Project Buyer



Job description:

• Participates in defining procurement strategies and activities to mitigate risk together with the project manager and category.
• Capable of resolving commercial issues and has skills to manage purchase orders of high values and complexity.
• Continuously communicate order status with internal stakeholders and ensure accuracy of system data.
• Prepares the purchase order documents in due time and checks for quality.
• Autonomy in leading a purchase order negotiation, expediting and suppliers’ management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to handle dynamic work environment.
• Courage to insist on compliance in situations where the process and/or requirements are challenged or not followed.
